2. What I like about anaerobic exercise is that it does not take up a lot of time like some other types of exercises do. To lose weight quickly you will only work out 2 to 3 days a week for 20 to 30 minutes a day.
3. Between exercises it is important to have an adequate amount of sleep and rest.
An adequate amount of sleep will build your lean muscle for a fit and well shaped body.
