		<description>I totally agree. to use one of the most effective ways to lose weight, visualization techniques and positive thinking. As you said, positive thinking really help to lose weight fast. 

I think the use of visualization techniques, for example, you can imagine how thin a person beyond what can be achieved if the thinking that the program will help you a positive attitude.
